As our septic tank drainage field had failed we contacted Mantair and their response was excellent. A very informative site visit led us to have a conversion unit fitted to the septic tank with a new drainage field. The work was done on time with minimum disruption to our lives and both the two engineers and the electrician were very pleasant, informative and helpful. Can highly recommend this company based on our experience.
Contacted Mantair around 18 months ago to discuss replacing an old septic tank with a sewage treatment plant. My experience is that Mantair are professional, arrive when they say they will and are always very helpful. Mantair arranged absolutely everything. The work was completed very efficiently, with respect for our property. Had an issue over winter with the pump. Mantair came out quickly and fixed the issue. Just had the first 12 month service. Again, representative arrived promptly and, as always, professional and courteous. Great service!
In my experience it is very hard to find contractors that are trustworthy, reliable, professional, competent and knowledgeable. Mantair absolutely fits all that category! It took me a very long time to find suitable contractors to install my new system. James and all of his staff are an extension of him, “professional”. I’m very grateful to him as he resolved a major issue I had with my old system which was installed in clay soil and no drainage outlet. Now I have a fully functioning system with no issues and I know i will have the ongoing maintenance support for if and when I require my system to be serviced or maintained. Big thank you James I sincerely mean every word!

The installation went exceptionally well. The planning was meticulous and best of all the two 'Sams' on-site were positive, upbeat, competent and consultative throughout, a credit to their company. The job was completed on time and we are thrilled with the result. They went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with the cosmetic results as well as the technical ones (eg topsoil and re-seeding, matching gravel shades on the drive etc.) A working sewage system, enabling us to enjoy hot baths and flushing the loo without worry! We have no hesitation in recommending Mantair.
In November 2023 we had a Tricel treatment plant installed by Mantair and found them to be excellent in every way. They handled a difficult job on an SSSI site in trying weather conditions. The company handled the permission required from the Environment Agency. Their installers, Ryan and Sam were very helpful and friendly and worked really hard to get the job done. They made a great job of clearing up after they had finished and supplied new gravel for our car parking area and even re-seeded our lawn! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mantair to anyone considering a new system, they are a very professional company to deal with. Very happy customer.
After having a problem with my septic tank I gave mantair a call to see if they could help, I spoke to Kevin and we quickly arranged a day for an on site meeting to discuss any works to be carried out. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me of the work needed. A very genuine person and company which I have no hesitation in recommending.
Drove all the way from Essex to North Wales to install a new system on my septic tank. Exceptional Service from Sam & Luke. Polite, Courteous, Helpful and Friendly. Nothing too much trouble for them and they left the area they were working in immaculate. Explained to me how the system worked and answered all my questions without me feeling stupid or a bother to them. Had a new system installed just a few weeks ago. The discharge pump has failed for the second time. To be fair Mantair got an engineer out on the next working day and he investigated and corrected the issue. Fingers crossed.

Mantair replaced the failing septic tank at our Care home last month. We've been hugely impressed with their service from the starting point of surveying the site and quoting to the stage of installation and completion. We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone at Mantair especially Steve and Ryan who were superb and made the whole experience hassle free for what seemed to us such a massive job.
Mantair are a first class team to work with. We had to replace a failed and shared communal drainage system servicing 8 homes, with a new drainage field and Sewage Treatment Plant. From start to finish Mantair were very responsive, professional, communicative, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Throughout, they handled all enquiries from the various homeowners and management team, as well as liaised with all the relevant organisations, building control, EA etc. The quality of work was excellent. It was a large, challenging and complex project to co-ordinate. The installation was delivered on time and the finish even included grass seeding! I would highly recommend Mantair and their team, Matt, James, Nicola, Rowan, Sam x 2 and the rest of the team who helped us.
