Payments and Refund Policy

Payments

Mantair Ltd accepts payments for Installations and Services via BACS transfer and cheque. Alongside this we have introduced a card payment facility for our customers, enabling Mantair Ltd to accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, online, via phone and for services on site, via our payment partner Worldpay. Full payment details can be found upon Invoices issued by Mantair Ltd.

Refund Policy

Full or partial refunds will be issued under the circumstance that Mantair Ltd, through its own fault, is unable to fulfill its obligations as set out within the Standard Terms and Conditions, agreed at the point of order placement or as part of the Maintenance Agreement. Exceptions may apply in the event that a separate agreement has been made or where third party action prohibits Mantair Ltd from fulfilling its obligations.
