Our ‘in house’ contracts division provides a professional service in the field of waste water treatment products, including design, installation and commissioning of sewage treatment plants, septic tanks, septic tank conversion units and cesspools, for both commercial and domestic customers.
Design
We provide a free advisory service including no obligation site visits and assessments. During our visits the trained personnel inspect the existing drainage arrangements and identify the reasons for any occurring problems. Following our site assessment we provide a detailed description and quotations for the works involved.
Delivery
On the majority of projects the chosen sewage treatment plant, septic tank or cesspool will be delivered to our offices and inspected prior to being approved for delivery. The system is then delivered to site using one of our own transport vehicles to ensure correct timing to prevent any delays on site. Mantair holds a comprehensive inventory of sewage treatment plants and septic tanks, enabling most requirements to be fulfilled from stock.
Installation
Mantair engineers are accustomed to the correct handling and installation of all makes and models of sewage treatment plants. Our trained British Water Accredited engineers ensure that care is taken at all times during installation of the sewage treatment plant, septic tank or cesspool to negate the potential of any damage to either the equipment or the clients property.
Commissioning
Correct commissioning of any waste water treatment system is essential to ensure the maximum operational effectiveness of the system. On completion of all ancillary works Mantair engineers will commission the new system and ensure all components of the new installation are correct.
After all works are completed, Mantair will provide the client with all relevant documentation for the project, and in the case of sewage treatment plants offer the client a Maintenance Agreement providing a full after care service.
